She is kind, well informed, and patient with answering questions and explaining what would be helpful to meet desired results. I plan to return for further treatments!

Ke’Sean Z. This was my first massage at serenity Lounge so I didn’t know what to expect I was nervous. I was welcomed and greeted by Ke’Sean Z. The environment was relaxing right as I entered the room. Soothing relaxation music played in the background as I felt months of tension disappear with a amazing massage 10/10 recommend! I will return highly recommend.
Paula is the BEST!!!!...Very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, made sure that I was comfortable the entire time that I was there. Very nice/clean office space. If you're thinking of trying teeth whitening, I really do recommend going to see Paula. I already booked my next appointment for future maintenance.
