I purchased the product because the price was too good to pass up.
I am retired and used the Microsoft Office in my professional career. At this point, I am not typically needing to share my work with others. As such, I do not need Microsoft 365 and a stand alone version works well for me.
The process to access and download the software was easy. However, there was a problem in the download of Excel. I reached out by email to the support team at license choice. I received a prompt and thorough response which allowed me, with the directions they provided, to solve the problem and get Excel working. I know that glitches sometimes happen but it is comforting to know that the support team has your back! I appreciate it very much.
