The staff is AWESOME! I bought my Package in January. This is the month of February, I had an issue and I had to reactivate my code which I could not have done by myself. I went back to the email communication I had in January, and contacted David who communicated with me when I made my purchase. He responded to my email in less than 5 minutes and help me to sort out the problem, by sending me a new activation code with instructions on how to activate the code. I followed his very clear instructions and now I can use the Microsoft software without any issue. I emailed David to let him know that I was successful in re-activating the new code, and he said to reach out to him at anytime (and that is true because I was contacting him after 11:00pm and he was responding to me at that time) should I need assistance THANK YOU DAVID!
