I'm a bit old school so I needed some assistance with the installation of the software. The Customer support team responded immediately and worked with me until I was able to successfully download. Now, I'm all ready to go.

I was looking for an alternative solution without paying an arm and a leg and this fits the bill until I decide if I want a full subscription from Adobe.

It was straight forward, easy to navigate.
