When I first called to make the appointment the man who answered was a little hostile and seemed annoyed. But the two gentleman who came to do my carpet cleaning were very nice and did a wonderful job and finished quickly. I’m glad I followed through because i almost cancelled due to poor customer service over the phone.

It's not really Key Cleaning and Restoration Services. It's Extreme Air Duct and Restoration as they charged me tax based on the Groupon I paid. that was not good (different name + additional payment), but the cleaning is top-knotch. I couldn't believe how good it was!! I'm happy as a customer - I don't even care what their name is or that I had to pay additional monies.
The service is so good this is the 2nd time I have used them to clean my carpet. The staff work hard, come in, provide expectation once they view what needs to be clean, then they get work and they work fast.
Sam was prompt and took extra care to make sure that he kept everything clean including replacing the air filter on his vacuum. So happy to have a safe clean chimney for this winter!
