Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.

Mike and Dave are wonderful! We are breathing so much easier now because of their expertise and excellent work. They answered all our questions before, during, and after the service, and they weren’t bothered by our very curious supervisors (3 dogs). Highly recommend the sanitizing add-on as well; it’s made a huge difference in the quality of our air I hadn’t realized was affecting our health!
