I fund the website just a little bit harder to use, but I think it was mostly my fault, lol. I love these canvases! They come out so great, and they are FAST! I've bought quite a few now in various sizes and I LOVE them all!

Well, I did leave a bad review earlier. However, Chip called me earlier and rest assured he fixed everything for me. Thank God for Chip. He was patient and understood my frustration. I expalined to him that not everyone knows how to navigate within the system. He assured me it was going to be fine. He did a wonderful job doing so. I retract my earlier comment. Thanks Chip
GB Pillows are the all-time best I've ever had. The right balance of firm/giving/cooling. Got two a few years ago, and was beside myself to be able to get two more. I put them in waterproof cooling protectors. so the old and new are still prestine. All 4 are here in bed with us right here, right now! LOL!
