The Greenfield Golf Course is an 18-Hole Championship golf course. The course has been established since 1927. The Golf course has some of the fastest and best putting greens in the state. The back tees are 6,800 yards long. They have three different sets of tee markers for all abilities. New paved cart paths were added in 2001. The Greenfield Golf Course is an old style golf course. The course has old trees, water hazards, and out of bounds that come into play on almost every hole. It is a very scenic and challenging golf course.

A new chapter to the Elwood Golf Links will begin in June of 2019. The original nine, dating back to 1924 will once again become a part of the golf community in Elwood. Once this nine is restored, the Elwood Golf Links will be an 18-hole public golf facility. Everyone is welcome! On August 6th, 2018, the Elwood Redevelopment Corporation and the Elwood City Council approved the restoration of the original nine. Cohoat and O’Neal Management Corp. is responsible for the restoration of the original nine holes in coordination with the ERC and Mayor Todd Jones. As of this article, the original nine has seen a lot of work completed over the past two months. The fairways look like fairways again, the irrigation has been restored and is totally operational, the trees on the golf course property have been pruned and will present a nice look for the property and for the golfers. The tee boxes have also been re-established.

Robert's son, Rees Jones, was given the challenge of designing an additional 9 holes that would compliment his father's original course.
