Everyone is very friendly and gracious. My only complaint is that I can't communicate to explain my preferences. This resulted in them thinking I wanted a 45 minute massage instead of the 60 minute I had paid for. I'm going to try having my requests pre-translated by Google Translate next time.
Lulu did a great job - my brow shape looks natural, the color perfectly matches my hair. She used Lidocaine cream which made the process so much less painful than my last micro blading. Lulu herself is pleasant and professional.
