A+++ service with a smile always and if they are willing to fix any concerns you may have, loose or missing eyelashes in a reasonable time period.. My lashes lasted me over 3 months and still going strong (^o^)...

The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and another lady. I'm mad I can't remember their names but I don't forget a face. They showed me to my lash tech first and she was so soft spoken. They have storage bins for your belongings. They played soft relaxing music and I almost fell asleep during the service.
