Sara at the service desk by the water park where you get the wristbands was very rude and had a nasty attitude with me and others around trying to use Groupon. She completely stopped helping me and went to the next person several times after trying to tell her that it was a different Groupon I was trying to use as if I was using the same one. Trying to tell her that the other one was new and was sent to me as a gift she laughed in my face , shook her head and rolled her eyes as if she was annoyed. At the end of the day it was indeed a different Groupon like I was telling her the whole time. That made the beginning experience horrible for us. And I seen her give the other group a free wristband after giving us a hard time after we actually paid for ours was really crazy to see.
