Excellent customer service! As soon as I pulled into line, one of the guys made contact so I knew I'd be serviced soon. They communicated as they worked and explained what tests and checks were done. In and out in right about 15 mins. Very happy customer.

When you are a person who gets used to the experience that the major theme parks can offer, you sometimes expect something like this to be amateurish. This is most definitely not the case. The safari was fun and easy to navigate, we fed the giraffe and the staff there were friendly and engaging. The walk-through park was interesting and we saw a lot of animals. All of this done in a truly quality way.
The only negative was the food was not great. The cheeseburger we got reminding of something I would have received in my high school cafeteria.
But overall, a great experience executed well and professionally. Highly recommended!
