Fitness Classes in and near Lakewood, OH

Loved my experience at Spenga! I'm in Chattanooga for work this week and had googled a yoga place. Spenga was one of the top results. I started emailing the location with some questions and they were so quick to reply! They have showers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I only needed to bring a towel! I arrived about 20 min before class started and they gave me a tour of the facility, sized me for my bike, and gave me the low down of the process. Such an amazing experience from beginning to end! Even made me a welcome sign!! I will be back!

I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
