We found that when most people do fitness in a personal training setting, with just them an the trainer one-on-one they are more likely to give up.
But when you do personal fitness in a small group setting, people are more likely to continue.
They hold each other accountable and develop friendships with people that have the same goals in mind
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We have had several clients loose over 100 pounds.
