The class was fun and got me sweating. The trainer was great and guided me through the whole process as he juggled other customers. I got the one on one experience needed to learn and get a good workout without having to take all the attention away from other guests.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services offered at Balance and Grace Pilates Studio. I must say that it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The studio itself exudes a sense of tranquility and serenity, making it the perfect environment for a Pilates practice!

Great experience. Friendly lady. Felt no gassy after the experience. I recommend that place as long as you call for an appointment.
