Customer service was great. I bought the groupon after my brother died in December 2024 thinking I would use it for him. Before I had a chance to make that happen my sister in law in Florida. We had 2 trips there for last visit and then funeral. Also made the plans for a service in our area. When I finally got to look at the certificate it appeared it had expired! I got in touch with My Style and they worked with me to get the product made! It turned out great!
