Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?
I love being behind my camera. I love editing. I love everything there is to do with my job INCLUDING customers and making sure that they are happy with the end product.
If they aren't satisfied then I'm not satisfied either.
I want my photographs to be beautiful works of art, that we can BOTH be proud of––that can be hung on the wall.
Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
I make sure that the customer is completely comfortable. If they need a break, or a bathroom break, then we stop and cater to what is needed.
I make sure that they are SATISFIED.
Satisfied customers come back.
If that means a re-shoot, then we do it.
I am all about making the customer happy.
What's one tip for first-time customers that will make them feel like regulars?
I suggest that the customer be themselves, I encourage them to be themselves, and not act a certain way because they are behind the lens/camera. Its the best way for me to capture their truest personalities.
I focus on one-on-one personal attention with each client’s wants and needs. I also suggest that you either all wear plain colored shirts and jeans or plain colored shirts and khakis.
Some people have worn the same colored shirts and jeans and that has been sharp.
Some people have all used earth tones and that has looked sharp. Some have used birthstone colors (emeralds, rubies, etc) and that has looked stunning. I suggest that you speak to me first about what's "in" when you book your appointment, if you're interested. Things are constantly changing.

I'm a shutterbug who lives to capture life's most beautiful moments. I'm inspired by the uniqueness of people and have a talent for capturing their essence on film. I work mainly with natural light. My main goal is to capture the true spirit of what I am being hired for. To make it fun, exciting, relaxing, enjoyable, and most importantly memorable, by the photos I take. I love to photograph and because this is what I love to do, I want to give it back to my customers.
