  • Fox and Hound Group
A lengthy lineup of traditional game-day fare and a sports atmosphere captivate fans at Fox and Hound - Bailey's, where the kitchen remains open as late as its neighboring fully stocked bar. Chefs cook until the wee hours of the morning and always until the bar closes, baking Bavarian pretzel starters, crafting towers of onion rings, and preparing hand-battered chicken tenders that are cooked until they are golden brown. They blend their own seasonings to sprinkle over grilled-to-order burgers, and draw from a diverse roster of cheeses and toppings to crown their wood-oven-inspired flatbreads. While manning the bars, bartenders tap into a stash of libations, such as UV Whipped vodka and Patron Silver tequila, to mix their specialty cocktails. To further foster a sporting ambiance, high-definition TVs glow with sports games and custom music-video playlists, and guests partake in pastimes of ump bashing, billiards, or competitive people watching.

  • Rockhouse Live
Cuisine Type: American, homemade pub food Established: 2013 Reservations: Optional Handicap Accessible: Yes Number of Tables: 11–25 Parking: Parking lot Most popular offering: Legendary Rockhouse Burger Kid-friendly: No Alcohol: Full bar Delivery / Take-out Available: Takeout Only Outdoor Seating: No Q&A with Zach, Owner What made you want to work with food? When did you first develop that passion? Very simply, I love to eat. And I have always had a good sense of what really tastes good, not just to me but to other people as well. Making people happy through killer food is something that gives me great personal satisfaction. What is one fun, unusual fact about your business? Rockhouse Live is much more than a restaurant and bar. Rockhouse has a dual role of being a very comfortable, intimate bar and grill with an upscale feel, but also as the only boutique live-music venue in town–"boutique" meaning small and having extraordinary talent. Many people don't know that I, as the owner, am in the music business as president of a company that produces and records live concerts. My clients include Peter Frampton, Slash, REO Speedwagon, and many other major artists. As a result, I have the connections to bring in bigger artists to our tiny venue and giving fans a chance to meet them up close and personal like no one else can. Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover? Many people do not know we are open for lunch and serving up great food. The night crowds tend to build themselves. In your own words, how would you describe your menu? Our menu is still in its early stage but growing. The core menu is based on the owner's own recipes, including our legendary Rockhouse Burger, our Exotic Chicken Sandwich, our amazing queso, and more.
