What a workout! Capoeira is the best combination of bodyweight strength training, gymnastics, freestyle movement, skill based drills, and martial arts that I have ever experienced. The instructors knowledge base, teaching skills, and patience with his students is unsurpassed. I highly recommend this class for people of all ages and fitness levels.

I've done this class twice so far. They pack a lot into a small amount of time, the teachers are great and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience!
