Tyrone was exceptionally friendly and professional. I brought in a recently purchased used car with the smell of cigarettes and ash in all the nooks and crannies I just could not reach. I never thought I'd get the smell and ash out, but Tyrone and his team did! A friend rode in the car for the first time after and confirmed I had not become nose blind, she couldn't smell it at all! Tires were sparkling as well.
