What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My name is Sunny Randall. I am an [licensed massage therapist] and a member of the [American Massage Therapy Association]. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2014 with over 780 hours of study and clinic. I am trained in several modalities, but I specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage, shiatsu, energy work, headaches, and sciatic-nerve pain.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a passion for helping others feel better. There are so many people that suffer from chronic pain and debilitating diseases. Most of us work fast-paced, high-stress jobs and a lot of us have emotional distress in our lives. Getting bodywork can assist with all of these ailments.
What do you love most about your job?
If I can help provide even a little bit of relief, it’s the most rewarding feeling in the world to me. I truly believe that the body knows how to heal itself. I tell all of my clients that the healer is on the table. I might help facilitate your healing, but if your pain improves, it’s all you.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I received from a client was from a terminal cancer patient. After three massage sessions, she was able to sleep through the night without having to wake up for pain medication. She was so happy and so thankful. She has since passed away, but she is a client I will always remember.
Physical. Social. Intellectual. Recreational. Individual. Financial. Vocational. These are the seven elements of The Seven Club Health & Wellness Spa, a health and wellness spa dedicated to balanced living. The staff, which includes aestheticians, massage therapists, a nutritionist, and a nail technician, helps its clients achieve this balance through services that address these areas, such as massage, fitness training, and life coaching.
For Cindy Howell, every massage calls for a different approach. That's why the licensed massage therapist draws upon five modalities at Mama Mia Family Massage, paying close attention to what every body needs. Of course, she also happily sticks to one style when necessary, whether kneading muscles with gentle Swedish strokes or incorporating elements of reflexology and meditation into Thai yoga massages. Her sessions result in myriad benefits, including improved circulation, a stronger immune system, and relief from general aches and anxieties.
Owner Amanda Mendez is a licensed therapist who has carved out a space where her clients can relax and indulge in bodywork that uplifts their spirits as much as it loosens their bodies. For Instance, the Lomi Lomi massages showcase a Hawaiian modality that kneads muscles with waves of pressure. There's also Thai yoga massage, Reiki energy work, and therapeutic sports massage designed to help those injured on the field or in concession lines.

Licensed massage therapist Jess opened her bodywork studio, Hands on Healing, LLC, this year in West Jordan to help clients relax and de-stress from everyday life. She offers multiple massage modalities, including shiatsu, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, to relieve chronic aches and pains in a soothing atmosphere. Stop in for a calming Swedish massage, or try a pain-targeting reflexology foot massage, which works on specific areas of the foot believed to correspond with different organ and muscle groups.
