Steve is an outstanding golf instructor — knowledgeable, patient, and highly professional. His clear explanations, helpful tips, and encouraging attitude made the lesson enjoyable and productive.

If you plan on purchasing a spartan Groupon voucher. Make a list of items you will need like sunblock. Even though I was mostly under shade I did get a sunburn.

This was our second time taking lessons. We had a great time, instructors were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience renting a tandem kayak from Get Boards. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, we chose a windy day, so we couldn't paddle as far as we would have liked. But we had a lot of fun and saw a variety of birds, including a group of White Pelicans and a Belted Kingfisher. Get Boards made the rental experience easy, and our kayak was quite comfortable. I highly recommend Get Boards. The photo attached is of the launch area as we paddled back to it. The fall colors in Big Bear this time of year were beautiful.

Troy was awesome and helped my husband and I so much just during our one lesson. He is experienced, kind, patient, and a great coach.
