BEAUTIFUL SPA!! Exceptional employees! Everyone (from the valet parking to the front desk to the front desk at the spa, to the employees at the pool) were exceptional! The entire day was so relaxing. The only thing that we “chirped” about was the cold lotion used for the massage.

Absolutely amazing my boyfriend and I had a couples massage and then we enjoyed the day in the Jacuzzi hot tub and pool. There is also the steam room we ordered lunch and made an entire day of it. It was fantastic. The pool also felt somewhat heated so it was nice despite being in December highly recommend.

The experience at Ft Myers Beach Margaritaville exceeded my expectations. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. It was entirely relaxing. The facility was spotless and so welcoming.

Staff is wonderful and everything is done exceptionally well. Let's start with environment, lobby is awkwardly small and busy but I side is done very well, with a couple of exceptions 1. I arrived early and wanted a drink but wasn't offered access to their teas or water, was td to go to Starbucks or the bar nearby. I would have preferred the quiet room. Next is the facility is adjacent to a cookie store, so what does that have to with the sap you say? The rooms aren't sound proof and during my massage the cookie company started handling their cookie trays like the garbage trucks at 7 am while your trying to relax and sleep. This went on for 20 minutes plus the loud conversations piercing the atmosphere of the massage! The massuese was lovely and while she spent time on my trouble areas, she never did my feet and arms and hands or scalp. The finale was tea and a hot wrap for my neck and back which made up for the massage shortage. Next was my facial, Anna was amazing and I saw an immediate difference in my skin, it glowed and felt so supple and soft. Amazing Anna her touch was magic. I took a shower at their facility and it was very clean and the extra amenities like razors, toothbrushes, etc. I felt renewed and rejuvenated. Definitely recommend this and will plan to go back next month.
