Sheila and Kat were wonderful for our couples massage. They were very experienced and made us both feel completely at ease and relaxed throughout the whole experience. It was easy to book by calling and referencing the Groupon. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa is on the small side, so there is not a locker room or separate relaxation room but we were staying at the hotel which was convenient. We would definitely return.

The spa staff was friendly and welcoming. The tea and refreshing water before and after our couples massage was tasty. The rooms were setup with beautiful stars on the ceiling. The essential oils scents calmed us instantly
Staff is wonderful and everything is done exceptionally well. Let's start with environment, lobby is awkwardly small and busy but I side is done very well, with a couple of exceptions 1. I arrived early and wanted a drink but wasn't offered access to their teas or water, was td to go to Starbucks or the bar nearby. I would have preferred the quiet room. Next is the facility is adjacent to a cookie store, so what does that have to with the sap you say? The rooms aren't sound proof and during my massage the cookie company started handling their cookie trays like the garbage trucks at 7 am while your trying to relax and sleep. This went on for 20 minutes plus the loud conversations piercing the atmosphere of the massage! The massuese was lovely and while she spent time on my trouble areas, she never did my feet and arms and hands or scalp. The finale was tea and a hot wrap for my neck and back which made up for the massage shortage. Next was my facial, Anna was amazing and I saw an immediate difference in my skin, it glowed and felt so supple and soft. Amazing Anna her touch was magic. I took a shower at their facility and it was very clean and the extra amenities like razors, toothbrushes, etc. I felt renewed and rejuvenated. Definitely recommend this and will plan to go back next month.
