My Office 2024 Home & Business and 2024 Pro Plus purchase did not install properly the first time & after it stopped working, I contacted the Groupon & I was given detailed instructions on how to uninstall it and reinstall it so it works properly. The instructions were a big help and everything is now working properly. Thank you!!!!

Great quality of cards. I use them for Christmas and Graduation cards and have always been happy. I had an issue last year with my Christmas cards and the customer service was above and beyond!!

Great customer service. I accidentally purchased the PC Groupon instead of the Mac. The CS rep responded within minutes, provided a link to pay the invoice for the difference and immediately sent a new activation code. Clear instructions as well.
