This was such a positive experience! I live in the city, and my 70 yr old dad was in town for his first NYC visit ever. He was worn out with all the stairs and walking, and yet I still wanted him to see many things, so this was a perfect, comfortable solution. Alex, our driver, was so kind and accommodating. I always assumed the pedicabs were gimicky - I was wrong! Totally recommend!
