Beautiful place. I got a Genesis treatment for my chronic red skin. Kelly was friendly and extremely informative. She helped me put two and two together by explaining how rosacea is often caused by dust mites, which I know I’m actually extremely allergic to. They have very high-quality facial products, which I am looking for to using. Highly recommend!

I received one treatment of sclerotherapy and wow a month later and a HUGE improvement! I think I need one more session and my legs will look spider vein free! I’ve had injections previously and by far, City Surgical is the best place! The PA is so friendly, caring and meticulous. I can’t say enough good things about her and the place overall!
