Although it was extremely busy, it was completely expected because today was a rainy day. Parking lot was full but we got close parking just along the fence. There was plenty of staff which made it a plus. From checking in with our tickets to being on the trampoline floor, the staff were amazing. We had lots of fun with the arcade games and the crowd there was enjoyable and everyone was so courteous. Great location and would definitely go back!

So, it's a little hard to find, but who cares. You pull right into a spot, no need to hand it over right away and rush. Walk into the office where you wait and talk about a few things, hand over the keys, put your luggage in the van and you're off to the airport~When you return, while waiting for your luggage, you send a request to get a pickup. They tell you where to wait outside the terminal and then they call you when they are there. Load your bags again, back to the yard, and YOUR CAR IS ON AND WARM! This was VERY helpful when returning from warm Florida back into NY's -5 degrees. HIGHLY recommend. The Groupon is a great deal.
