The lady at the front desk was not very polite. She had a very noticeable annoyed attitude towards us when we asked about the additional fees and bathroom use. However, the ride was incredible! We saw about 6+ alligators and our host/driver was so nice and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of things about the plants, water and animals. This was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend!
