What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Nutrition is more than just calories in versus calories out; it is about finding the right nutrients to balance your biochemistry. Experienced nutrition planning based on scientific evidence from a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for all ages with a variety of nutrition related goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a Registered Dietitian, my passion is nutrition. With so much information related to nutrition, it can leave people feeling confused and frustrated. Many people are focused on calories; however, focusing on numbers will put you on the diet roller coaster and is not a realistic nutrition plan
What do you love most about your job?
I love educating clients properly on nutrition and debunking the nutrition myths everyone is exposed to daily. I particularly enjoy working with children and families. When children are educated at a young age about proper nutrition, it can minimize their risk for chronic disease in the future.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I received when counseling a customer was during an education of avoiding a particular food group the client was allergic to. Rather than focusing on what the client couldn't have, we focused on what the client could eat. This approach left the client feeling relieved and excited.
Escape-room games are inherently adrenaline inducing. With 60 minutes on the clock and a mystery before them, teams use their critical thinking skills to uncover hidden items, crack codes, and solve puzzles to escape before time is up. The real allure of Breakout Atlanta isn’t the challenging detective work, though. Rather, it’s the thrilling narratives behind each escape room. Read on to learn about the mysteries facing players.
The Kidnapping: In Breakout Atlanta’s most intense scenario, players have been abducted and handcuffed inside an unfamiliar room. Using hidden messages from the previous victim, the team collaborates to escape before the kidnapper returns.
The Museum Heist: The night before its opening, an illustrious art showing’s masterpiece disappears and several other pieces have been replaced with fakes. Players must work together to find the artwork and culprit before the gallery opens.
Casino Royale: While investigating the disappearance of an MI6 agent, the team is trapped in a room of the Casino Royale. In just an hour, its members must follow clues to locate the missing agent and determine the kidnapper.
Island Escape: A new room currently in the works, Island Escape sees players abandoned on a tropical island whose previously dormant volcano is now rumbling. The group must flee the island within the hour—before the volcano’s lava reaches them.

Craig and Laura Decker seem to have a difficult time making up their minds. They also seem to have a knack for turning this indecisiveness into an advantage at every turn. When it came to opening their new business, for example, they briefly wondered whether it should feature a wine shop, a wine bar, or a gourmet bistro. Their solution? All three.
This spirit of inclusivity pervades The Wine Guy Bistro, where the Deckers pair seasonal wine varietals with globally inspired cuisine. Rather than choose between European elegance and New-American pizzazz, they settled on a compromise they describe as “Old World chic.” This label suits a menu that features small plates of housemade meatballs and bruschetta alongside assorted cheeses from around the world. The focus on small plates is in keeping with the Deckers’ have-it-all mentality and gives diners the option to sample several dishes without having to barter with adjacent tables.
Since Bob Sumerel opened his first retail tire store in 1968, he has always tried to put the customer first, next to all the gold-medal winners and Neil Armstrong. His store's 20-plus current locations offer an entire slate of auto services, from tire rotations and sales to oil changes. On the site's Why Bob Sumerel page, customers and employees discuss the benefits of the company, and the My Garage feature tracks car histories such as oil changes and service reminders. Every Bob Sumerel also operates under the Fixed Forever guarantee, promising that parts will work forever—up until the sun balloons to a red giant and swallows the earth with its unfathomably hot plasma—with warranties to cover any unforeseen problems.
Back in the 1950s, the founder of Angilo’s Pizza, Al Jones, used the skills he cultivated while working in a bakery to create his very own recipe for pizza crust and hoagie buns. Today, whether in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana, each and every family owned and operated
Angilo’s location carries on Al's legacy by using those very same recipes with reasonable prices. The chefs sustaining that tradition hand toss the dough for their large- and medium-sized pizzas before layering them with a bevy of fresh cheese and toppings and Al’s homemade secret sauce—for which CIA agents don't even have clearance. They use fresh-baked hoagie rolls to stuff turkey, ham, beef, and cheese on their special double-decker sandwiches, of which there are 15. Because each Angilo’s Pizza location is individually owned, proprietors might also add in a few of their own specialties to the menu, such as Cincinnati-style chili or buffalo-chicken sandwiches.
