Wonderful experience! So much FUN! Throughout the whole process the staff was kind and understanding. I had to write emails to confirm because it wasn’t working at first and the staff wasn’t put out at all when they found my Groupon code wasn’t registering. Then I had to make scheduling changes and still the staff was polite and helpful. We were late for the event and they were even still nice!
The ride was an awesome experience, however, standing in the waiting line for approximately 1 hour plus in 90 degree weather was not awesome.
Recommendation:
Coverage for family waiting was great, but, need coverage for people waiting in line.
