I was a little nervous about the process to download and activate my software and license key. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only concern is how I would re-load the software and activate it if I upgrade my Mac at a later date.

Great experience - easy to use the Groupon coupon. Super nice and helpful people at the gate, drivers, and cashier when leaving. Loved having Actual People at the lot to answer questions and see friendly smiles :)
Had a photo facial with the manager Natalie, and she was so great. The place is exceptionally clean, elegant, and welcoming. Natalie answered all my questions and gave me further skincare options without trying to upsell me. The facial was spicy (which I knew), but Natalie made me as comfortable as I could be. The results were amazing - after 10 days my many age spots were completely gone
