I bought three licenses for our home desktop and laptop computers. The support staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all of the questions and issues I experienced with the first installation. It took several email exchanges with screenshots of the issues, but the tech support was tremendous in diagnosing and resolving the problems.

I had Win 10 Pro, so I had to install the 11th first before activation. My computer said it can't be installed, so I followed the link from the product purchase and installed the Windows installer assistant, which told me to install Windows health check app, that one pointed me the exact problem and I googled the rest, it was an easy fix in BIOS. Then everything went smoothly.
Since I had Pro, the seller provided me with a different code that worked for Pro.
Bottom line:
Easy to use, great customer service. Definitely recommend.
