Of course we went during the coldest day of the year so far and the day after the first snow. My daughters and I still enjoyed every minute of the experience. We braved the upper deck and viewed the amazing scenes that you can't get from the streets. Our hosts were pleasant and our guide, Heath, was knowledgeable, charismatic, and quite entertaining. We will be back in the Spring. Recommended!
