very sweet & thorough. I've been waxing for years & have had plenty of waxers. Paula is different from any other wax experience I've had because she targets small areas & is very gentle & considerate with your skin. it's not any more time consuming than a waxer that targets bigger areas, but it's definitely less painful & rushed. I felt relaxed from start to finish.
I was a little nervous at first because I had never had my brows laminated. Andrea was so professional and caring. I have very sparse eyebrows and was considering micro blading. She didn't recommend it, even though it's a service that she offers. After my services were completed, I literally looked like a different person. I was so pleased that I booked my next appointment immediately after she was done.
