  • BounceU Nashville
Inflated structures, slides, and games fill the climate-controlled environs of BounceU of Nashville's location. Staff members closely monitor all activities as little ones traverse obstacle courses or pull on oversized inflatable boxing gloves. The crew also invites parents to join in on the fun, letting them bounce alongside their kids or make sweeping edicts from atop a bouncy-castle throne. In addition to open sessions, the indoor play haven sets the stage for Daily Create and Bounce Summer Camps programs that teach art lessons and group activities. Special events include parent's night out, which lets parents spend an evening away from their kids, and cosmic bounce, which turns the facility into a black-lit arena to illuminate any lost socks.

  • Nashville Shores
New in 2015, the Big Kahuna family raft ride begins atop a towering 57 foot platform before blasting visitors into a dark, enclosed tunnel with a series of unpredictable twists and turns, drops, and back-to-back curves. The raft then shoots through the tunnel opening, splashes through the s-shaped waterway, and rears onto the high bank walls before splashing down in the catch pool. Every five minutes, the Giant Bucket of Fun at Nashville Shores topples over, releasing approximately 500 gallons of water onto the people below. But in the grand scheme of Nashville Shores, that big splash is still a drop in the bucket. In total, more than one million gallons of water fuel summer fun at the water park, as on a five-story Music City Racer slide that whisks riders along at speeds of up to 25 miles per hour. Seven other slides dot the park, twisting and plunging toward splash pools filled with extra-cushy water droplets. Nashville Shores also features Kowabunga Beach, a large wave pool, and a lazy river, as well as a four-story water treehouse for kids. The water park isn't the only attraction. Over in Treetop Adventure Park, visitors swing and climb across large aerial obstacle courses complete with Tarzan swings, zip-lines, and hanging nets. Sometimes, though, you can't improve on mother nature. Percy Priest Lake nestles right up to the grounds of Nashville Shores, which offers volleyball, kayak, rides, and more. Nashville Shores also features 100 RV sites, 20 lakeside cabins, a 320-slip marina, Jet-Ski rentals and pontoon boat rentals.

  • Grand Old Golf
Grand Old Golf and Go Karts adds a Tennessee twist to its spread of family-friendly activities. The grounds feature four different miniature golf courses, each one professionally landscaped to reflect Tennessee's natural terrain. One course, for instance, wends it way over a rock formation complete with river and waterfall, challenging players with tricky changes in elevation that recall the Appalachians. Another course forces players to putt across precarious bridges without railings and risk plopping the ball into the tiny rivers that criss-cross beneath. The newest location features Nashville's only indoor black light mini golf course, lit just like the ancient nightclubs hidden in the state's many caves. Miniature golf only comprises one half of the entertainments available, though. The titular go kart course offers high speed excitement with extremely tight turns. The karts themselves come in varieties to seat one or two people, allowing the entire family to get in on the fun even if they can't drive. The property even includes an old barn lined with arcade and prize-redemption games instead of livestock and hay.

  • Oak Valley Lanes
The din of scattering pins echoes like distant thunder over billiard tables and arcade games, sonic evidence of the bustling alleys that tie Oak Valley Lanes' entire entertainment center together. As bowlers unleash balls toward distant pins, digital screens impartially tally scores. The smoke-free facility's billiards room features both full-size regular tables and felt fields for snooker. At the arcade, players can warp into digital football games, grapple the steering wheel in frenetic street races, or make up for the fact that they converted all their pocket change into tiddlywinks by hitting up the coin machine.
