Really nice and clean coffee place with tanning beds. Checked in to tan. No hassles, no upsells. The person that was working there checked me asked me which type of bed I wanted and explained to be the difference in the 2 beds they had and asked me how long I wanted to tan. She showed me where to go and how to work the bed, gave me a towel and said enjoy. Very easy. The bed was clean, the room was clean. It was a very pleasant experience.
Customer service is above and beyond!! Because I bought the Groupon deal, it came with the standard bed. I was shown all the options to uprade to other beds. I decided to use the standard bed to start. That part of my experience wasn't so good because the tan was weirdly in different areas of my body, almost looking like some "strips" of the bulbs were either out or not working propertly. I will go back today and buy up to a different bed. I hope this make a difference in the coverage of my tanning.
