I purchased the Win 10 Pro product and it installed mostly as described. I did have to reach out to support for assistance, but David was extremely prompt to assist. His instructions in response to my reported hurdles were exact to moving my issue forward to closure, despite realizing hurdles in a sequential manner. My issue really had to do with my election of purchasing and installing Win 10 versus Win 11, where I believe that the guidance provided in the base instructions were updated (understandably) to support the newer operating system. David was there almost immediately at 9:30ish PM to help me along each time I reached out via email.
