We always clean out the inside of our customers' PCs to free them from dust—which can cause fans to not work, in turn causing other major issues. So your computer goes home clean on the inside as well as repaired.

What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
There is not one antivirus out there that can stop all viruses from attacking your computer, but people can't seem to understand that. They think that because they have antivirus on their computer, they should not get viruses, and some even get angry. So just because you have software on your computer to protect it, doesn't mean you cant get a virus.
