I was so pleased with the service at Black Swan Beauty. I have been wanting to have Nano blading done on my eyebrows for a long time and Black Swan did not disappoint. The communication was excellent in regard to scheduling and during the appointment. I would highly recommend this business. I will be going back.
My facial with Emely was fantastic. She inspected and analyzed my face to determine what exactly I needed. She answered all my questions and told me what she was doing step p by step.. She engaged me in conversation when I wanted to and if I was quiet she respected it. The ambience was great and it was such a relaxing experience. I promptly set up an appointment for my mother for the next week. I will definitely be returning.
