This is my second time here and I’m going to keep coming back! The staff is amazing and friendly. They are extremely professional and great at what they do. This Groupon is also an extremely good deal! No where beats this. They are also located in downtown Fullerton so I just walked around while I waited for my car! I also like how they keep it simple and never try to upsell you. I appreciate Boss Auto!

Great service overall, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
Only small issue, tipping feels awkward. One person handles intake and payment, another does the actual oil change and follow up. I tipped at checkout, then the tech came out later, which made it unclear how tips are handled. Might help to clarify whether tips are shared. Otherwise, very smooth experience.
