The staff provided such great customer service. They were welcoming and kind. They also answered any questions we had. As for the whale watching experience it was amazing. This was our first time and we traveled 3 hours just to witness whales and dolphins. Newport Landing did not disappoint. We will definitely book again.

I purchased this for my husband and I to use for a quick little anniversary outing. When we arrived the check in was super easy. The instructions were easy to understand and the ride was fun. The stop at Prancer farm was great. These rail bikes have an electric assist so if you get tired of pedaling or don’t want to pedal at all you don’t need to. Overall I would recommend this for a fun outing.

The boat is big and comfortable. The big TV screens are nice and make the time fly by. It’s a better experience than the Express Ferry that made me seasick.

They don't do Hollywood loop rest it's fine

Staff ended the excursion early because of bad weather but gave out free passes to everyone for another whale tour excursion. Good customer care
