The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.

This was my second visit and both were fantastic. Very clean, quiet facility, wonderfully relaxing. Will be returning.
