Downloading this and setting it up was not exactly user friendly, but the directions were thorough and ultimately clear with persistent follow through. It did take me two hours to get through the whole process, but the result--a fully functional lifetime licensed Office 2024--made all of the efforts worth it. I'm very grateful. I did not have to access any help, although it was clearly available.

I'm still taking the course but so far it seems very informative and convenient. I'm able to access the course on the go which is a plus. I'm excited to finish it.

Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
