The owner is prompt and super courteous. We were able to schedule a crew. They missed the first appointment but showed up on time for the reschedule. The two ladies in the crew were professional and hardworking. They did a great job cleaning my home and I've purchased a second groupon for a return visit.

The company called and scheduled my appointment, and they called me ahead of my appointment to let me know when they would arrive. He explained the process, cleaned my vent, and checked out my concerns with my dryer. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call him back for the next time I need the vent cleaned.
