Although i have ran into a slight hiccup at verification step, but the troubleshoot was covered in the instructions that was provided. FYI...I had to call the number with the installation ID # given from office product. microsoft voice bot informed me that MS is no longer activating the installation ID #s over the phone, instead they are now requiring everyone to log into a microsoft account in order to verify the product with the installation ID # online on their aka.ms/aoh site. Highly recommend you to skip calling them and just go straight to that site instead. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU COULDN'T ACTIVATE IT THROUGH THE INTERNET OPTION!
