Once I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 and redeemed the Groupon, I was emailed a link with a video that had super easy instructions to follow before actually downloading the program along with the link to download. It was straightforward and I received quick email correspondence. The program works well and I have lifetime access at a great deal instead of the annual fee each year! Win, win!
