This was a gift to my wife, this is her review — Ingrid was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and was able to break things down for me to better understand what to expect and the after care. 10/10 would recommend her.
It was my first time at this particular salon, and the atmosphere was great, very professional & the waxing was wonderful. The person who helped me ( Desiree ) really made sure that she got all the hair and somehow managed to make it all pretty much painless. I can sometimes feel quite shy/awkward with someone new waxing, but she was really professional and relaxed.
