I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because I’ve had so many difficult experiences with veterinarians in the past. This visit was completely different. From the start, the team truly cared—not only about my dog, but also about being transparent and respectful of my finances. Before charging anything, they walked me through every step, double-checked details with me, and made sure I understood the process. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of, which has unfortunately been a common feeling for me in the past as someone who deeply loves their dog. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and kind, and they answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was being difficult or wasting their time. For the first time in a long while, I left a vet visit feeling informed, respected, and confident in the care my dog received. I would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone looking for compassionate, honest, and genuinely caring professionals.
