I had a few things arise when scheduling my cleaning, but the person I spoke to (I believe her name was Lupita) was extremely helpful and worked with me on the dates. The guy who came out to do the cleaning was friendly and did a thorough and fantastic job on our carpets. We will definitely be reaching out again when we are ready for our next cleaning.
