Make sure you delete the office 365 on your new laptop when setting up before downloading and using the download. It worked out great now have office for a fraction of 365. My wife paid big bucks to upgrade her new laptop and now it is expiring one year later. I'll be upgrading to this download in the next few weeks. Was really easy and painless. thank you for the download.
